Dopamine Investments’ fully regulated fund provides a structured and diversified approach to this segment. We combine yield-driven, dynamic strategies with low-risk and market-neutral positions to reduce volatility and market risk exposure.
Our core priority is the maximum protection of client assets. The fund applies a comprehensive security framework, focusing on digital infrastructure and cybersecurity.
The fund relies on a highly secure technology infrastructure for the management and custody of assets. In this area it uses the services of BitGo, Inc., a regulated and licensed digital asset custodian with a presence in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Dopamine Investments is structured to provide a high level of transparency and oversight. Governance is based on clearly defined processes supported by independent supervision and regular reporting.
Oversight includes the appointment of both an independent administrator and an independent director. Our fund is audited annually and operates under the supervision of its regulatory authority. It is licensed under Section 4(3) of the Cayman Islands Mutual Funds Act (Revised).
Investors have ongoing visibility into the fund’s results. We publish a quarterly results presentation, the annual report of the independent auditor, and a monthly overview of portfolio performance.
